Solidus Labs’ Tokensniffer Fulfillment Policy for Payments via Stripe®: This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms for Tokensniffer subscription orders paid through Stripe®. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Fulfillment Policy: This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our Tokensniffer delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for Tokensniffer services purchased from us through Stripe®. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. Solidus Labs does not store any credit card details.
Subscription Confirmation: You will receive a link to initiate your subscription and save a payment method for your recurring payments. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.
Subscription Activation: Access to Tokensniffer platform is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the billing cycle selected (e.g., monthly, annually).

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed. However, in certain circumstances, we offer refunds. If you believe there has been an error in billing or have other concerns, please contact us at tokensniffer@soliduslabs.com.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
Privacy Policy: Your payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Policy Updates: Solidus Labs reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Please review regularly to stay informed.
